convenient location amazing view smaller canal small bedrooms limited storage steep stairs

the location was really convenient , only a short walk from the main canal. the hotel overlooked a smaller canal , so the views from my room were amazing. i would definitely stay here again because of its proximity and the pretty views.

the bedrooms were ridiculously small , and there were no wardrobes , just a small hanging space. there were also only three very small drawers , which wasn't adequate for my needs. the steep stairs to the third floor without a lift to the first floor were also not ideal , especially with luggage.

the room faced a canal with occasional gondolas passing. the room included a safe and a desk. i found the hotel near public transport. a vaporetto stop was only a few steps away. i could easily reach the airport with the convenient shuttle service.

My room key was very old and needed to be left at reception. It felt a little inconvenient! though, it was not a big deal.

The hotel is very near to a water taxi pick-up point. san marco square is a short walk from the hotel. the location is central. It made exploring the area very easy. this location suited my travel plans.

The breakfast buffet had many options. I found a lot of variety. ginger tea and drinking water are accessible in the lobby for all guests. while not included in my room rate, breakfast offered convenience.

i was charmed by the complimentary crisps offered with drinks at the bar. the bartenders were stars. they even delivered our drinks once to the rooftop terrace! the hotel's location is perfect for a short walk to st mark's square.

the air conditioning was not available . i was also told the ironing room was locked. the drilling started before 8am and continued into the afternoon disrupting any rest.
